Patient Portal

Get started with a member account to access everything you need to know about your pharmacy benefits. Creating an account on the member portal is both straightforward and secure. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to:

  • Download and learn about mobile app
  • View coverage & benefits, and view/print your benefit card
  • Locate an in-network pharmacy
  • Price a medication
  • View claims history
  • Check for drug interactions

What will I pay?

If your plan has a deductible:

  • Each year, you pay 100% of your covered expenses until you meet your deductible

Once you meet your deductible, you share the cost with your plan through:

  • Coinsurance, where you pay a fixed percentage of the charges for covered services, like 10% of $100
  • Copayments, which are flat dollar amounts, like $10 for a prescription

Once you meet your Maximum Out-of-Pocket:

  • Your plan pays 100% of covered expenses for the rest of the plan year
